Eitzen Chemical ASA The Annual General Meeting in Eitzen Chemical ASA was held today 28 May 2008. All items were approved as proposed by the Board of Directors. The Minutes from the meeting are attached.

Eitzen Chemical is an industrial carrier of chemical cargos with a fleet of 105 vessels, whereof 64 vessels are owned or financially controlled, 24 newbuildings and 17 pool vessels.
