Please find attached the Empire Oil & Gas N.L. ASX Release dated 19 February 2008 for the Period 0600 hrs 18 February 2008 to 0600 hrs 19 February 2008.

During the 24-hour period drilled out 9 5/8" shoe at 614m, conducted formation integrity test and drilled ahead 8 1/2" hole from casing shoe to 680m in the Yarragadee Formation.

10. Targets: Cattamara Coal Measures - 2085m 'F' Sand, 2335m 'J' Sand and 2435m 'L' Sand.

12. Geological Summary: 616-621m at 2400 hours, 18 February 2008 Yarragadee Formation: Sandstones and claystone beds

13. Operations since last Report: Ran in hole drilled out 9 5/8" casing shoe. Conducted leak off test and drilled 8 1/2" from 615m to 680m.

14. Current Operations: Continue to run in the hole with 8 1/2" bit.

15. Future Operations: Drill out 9 5/8" shoe and conducted formation integrity test. Drill ahead in 8 1/2" hole to reservoir objectives.

16. Hydrocarbon Indications: 616m-621m - Background Gas of 100ppm C1 (methane) at 2400 hours, 18 February 2008.

Prospect Description: The Moriary Prospect is an anticlinal structure, similar to the Mt Horner Oilfield with reservoir objectives the 'F', 'J' and 'L' Sands of the Jurassica-aged Cattamarra Coal Measures. Potential recoverable oil reserves are estimated to be 'F' Sands 3 million barrels, 'J' Sands 4 million barrels and 'L' Sands 4 million barrels.
