Heijmans NV (AMS:HEIJM) 's-Hertogenbosch - With reference to media reports already published concerning the Oostenburgereiland (Oostenburger Island) transaction, Heijmans hereby gives notice that it has been agreed with Stadgenoot housing corporation, the buyer of the land, that Heijmans will be commissioned to build both infrastructure and buildings on market terms. In terms of its scope and nature, this transaction forms part of Heijmans' normal course of business.
