Atea IT service delivery centre in Latvia has become the fourth organization within all Nordic and Baltic countries to receive the highest worldwide certification within IT Service Management ISO 20000.

The ISO 20000 certification is known for being the most difficult to achieve within the IT industry. Only 290 companies in the world have received this certification and it is the certification that is recognized worldwide as the ITIL certification.

By achieving this certification Atea has placed itself among the leading players within the services market in Europe, Nordics and Baltics. In the Baltics, Atea will be the first organization to achieve this certification.
