Reference is made to the announcement made by ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA (ABGSC) to the Oslo Stock Exchange on November 27, 2008 about a mandate to acquire on behalf of a client between a minimum of 10 % and a maximum of 21.5 % of the shares in Vizrt Ltd.

Although the company is not legally obligated to respond to such an announcement, the Board of Directors of Vizrt feels that it is in the best interest of the shareholders to announce that none of the primary insiders will participate in the sale of shares according to the announcement from ABGSC.
