Petrolia Drilling PDR ASA - Notification of trade.

Independent Oil & Resources ASA has on 11 June 2008 sold 54,382,000 shares in Petrolia Drilling ASA (`PDR`).

At the same time Independent Oil & Resources ASA has bought a forward contract of 54,382,000 shares with 10. September 2008.

After this transaction, Independent Oil & Resources ASA controls 224.902.747 shares in PDR, corresponding to 22,22 percent of the shares outstanding in PDR.
