The Company has raised $5,932,410 pursuant to the offer under the prospectus dated 20 November 2014 and supplementary prospectus dated 5 January 2015 issued by the Company (together the "Prospectus") by the issue of 29,662,050 ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
