Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) completed a drill programme testing the Company's main graphite deposits in February 2012. Results of the graphite drilling are expected within two weeks. As a part of that drilling campaign three (3) RC drill holes were completed on the Bartel epithermal prospect which is located on EL4693 Wildhorse Plain 15km north of the township of Cleve on Eyre Peninsula, South Australia.

The Directors of Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) are pleased to advise that a 15 hole RC drill programme testing Sugarloaf, Campoona, Grid 2 and Council Pit graphite deposits was completed on 18th February 2011. The Sugarloaf graphite deposit is located on EL 3711 Carappee Hill located 10km east of Darke Peak. The Campoona and Grid 2 graphite deposits are located in the northwestern portion of EL4693 Wildhorse Plain located between Cleve and Darke Peak on Eyre Peninsula, South Australia.

Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) is pleased to announce that a Heads of Agreement between Archer Exploration Limited ("Archer") and BHP Billiton Olympic Dam Corporation Pty Ltd ("ODC") covering the sale of an 80% legal and beneficial interest in Archer's five West Roxby tenements was signed on 23nd December 2011.

Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) says today that the results of the first drilling at Campoona have supported the presence of graphite bearing rocks (Grid 2) and the extension of highly graphitic outcrops under the surface (Campoona South).

Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) advises that the drilling programme at the Company's Campoona South and Grid 2 graphite deposits has been completed.

Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) are pleased to advise that a 10 hole RC drill programme testing the Campoona South and Grid 2 graphite deposits commenced on 17th October 2011. The drill targets are located in the northwestern portion of EL4693 Wildhorse Plain located between Cleve and Darke Peak on Eyre Peninsula, South Australia.

As previously announced Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) completed a series of drill holes in 2008 testing anomalous copper-gold results grading >0.1g/t Au recorded in close-spaced rock chip samples taken at Sugarloaf. Archer recovered samples from two of those drill holes, CHRC011 and CHRC012, to assay for carbon. These results have now been returned and show that the Sugarloaf graphite deposit is continuous over a strike length of at least 2.2km.

The potential for a new graphite province in the Cleve area of South Australia's Eyre Peninsula has been further strengthened with new results by Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) adding to a suite of similar results released by the Company over the past two months.

Exploration work by Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) has identified a number of very promising graphite deposits and graphite prospects on EL3711 Carappee Hill and EL4693 Wildhorse Plain located near Darke Peak on Eyre Peninsula, South Australia.
