Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) is please to advise that the contract to undertake baseline flora and fauna studies for the Campoona Graphite Project has been awarded to Golder Associates Pty Ltd.

Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) completed a drill programme testing the Company's main graphite deposits in February 2012. As a part of that drilling campaign three (3) RC drill holes were completed on the Bartel Epithermal Gold Prospect which is located on EL4693 Wildhorse Plain 15km north of the township of Cleve on Eyre Peninsula, South Australia.

Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) completed a detailed 2,000 line km airborne RepTEM survey over large portions of EL4693 Wildhorse Plain and EL4893 Cleve West on 6th August 2012. The EM survey covered Archer's Campoona Graphite Deposit and its north-eastern and south-western strike extensions as well as covering the main regional graphite targets.

Archer Exploration Limited's (ASX:AXE) resource drilling at Campoona Shaft has been completed resulting in a nominal 50m x 20m grid coverage to depths of 80-100m. The Company's 100% owned Campoona Graphite Project is located approximately 12km north of the township of Cleve on Eyre Peninsula, South Australia.

Archer Exploration Limited (ASX:AXE) are pleased to provide a Campoona Metallurgy and Drilling Update, highlights include; the final metallurgy results from the composited RC samples returned, RC drill program commenced on 23rd May 2012 near completion, a program of HQ diamond drill holes commenced 27th June 2012, Diamond drilling will support the estimation of JORC Measured and Indicated resource.
