Buccaneer Energy Limited (ASX:BCC) is pleased to provide an update on the "Endeavour - Spirit of Independence" ("Endeavour") jack-up rig. The Endeavour is owned via the Company's subsidiary Kenai Offshore Ventures, LLC ("Kenai Offshore") and is a joint venture with Singapore based Ezion Holdings Limited and the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority ("AIDEA"). Buccaneer is the designated Manager of Kenai Offshore.
Buccaneer Energy Limited (ASX:BCC) is pleased to advise that a set of wire line logs were successfully run from the intermediary casing point of 8,609' to the total depth of 13,080'. These logs measure porosity and resistivity of the reservoirs as well as the presence of gas within the individual sand packages encountered.
The Company has been encouraged by the results received to date with gas shows in up to 7 primary zones of interest including the 9,700' and 10,000' sands that are producing in the Kenai Loop # 1 well.

Buccaneer Energy Limited (ASX:BCC) (PINK:BCGYF) is pleased to advise that it has increased the production rate at the Kenai Loop # 1 well to 6.0 million cubic feet per day ("MMCFD"). To achieve a 6.0 MMCFD production rate the choke has been increased to 9/64".
