Funkwerk AG (ETR:FEW) is a Germany-based provider of communications systems for transport companies, vehicles, businesses and institutions. The Company operates four divisions: Traffic and Control Communication, which provides mobile radio, video monitoring, management and information systems to customers from the transport, logistics and industry segments; Automotive Communication, which offers automobile communication systems, high-frequency components, telematic systems and hands-free systems, among others; Enterprise Communication, which focuses on messaging and mobility systems, and Security Communication, established in May 2008, active in the field of integrated security technology. Its subsidiaries include Hoermann-Funkwerk Koelleda GmbH, Funkwerk Dabendorf-GmbH and Funkwerk Enterprise Communications GmbH, among others. Funkwerk AG has indirect subsidiaries in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Austria, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Poland and Hungary.
