Design Hotels AG (ETR:LBA) is a Germany-based company engaged in the provision of marketing, product development, revenue and distribution, as well as global representation services for hotels worldwide. design hotels AG advises hotel and tourism companies on conception, marketing and communications, acting as a consultant for individually managed hotels and small hotels groups. It is divided in five segments: Sales and Marketing, Revenue and Distribution, Brand Management, Strategic Development, as well as Administration and Finance. The Company operates more than 170 member hotels in 43 countries. It has branches in London, New York and Singapore. It also has two subsidiaries: Design Hotels Inc in New York, the United States and Design Hotels Ltd in London, the United Kingdom, as well as representative offices in Barcelona, Spain; Tokyo, Japan; Bali, Indonesia, and, since 2008, also in Perth, Australia.
