Neo is being integrated into Imtech's German ICT division, to augment Imtech's ICT portfolio in Germany. The management of Neo will stay on after the acquisition, thus guaranteeing continuity.

Imtech N.V. (AMS:IM) Gouda - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) announces that it is acquiring the Austrian company ILS GmbH. ILS is one of the strongest ICT players, as well as being the biggest IBM partner, in Austria. The acquisition price amounts to 6,5 times the EBITA and will be paid in cash. The acquisition will directly contribute to the revenue per share. The management of ILS will remain in place after the acquisition, which guarantees continuity.

Imtech N.V. (AMS:IM) Gouda - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) announced that it has signed a major framework contract with the Romanian oil industry for measuring the quantity and quality of oil extracted across dozens of oil-producing locations in Romania. The total value of this contract comes to around 25 million euro.

Imtech N.V. (AMS:IM) Gouda - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) has been selected by international oil and gas company Repsol-YPF as technology partner for an important part of the technology in a new high-tech cooking plant at the Repsol refinery in Cartagena, Spain. The contract represents a value of over 70 million euro.

The orders were secured by Imtech Marine Group and the total value amounts to almost 40 million euro. The Imtech technology will lead to significant reductions in fuel consumption and environmentally harmful emissions.

Imtech N.V. (AMS:IM) Gouda - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe) has closed long-term energy management contracts in Germany with Caterpillar near Kiel and Infineon Technologies near Munich for a total of more than 250 million euro. These contracts will result in a considerable energy saving and confirm Imtech's strong position in the European market.

Imtech N.V. (AMS:IM) Gouda - Imtech (technical services provider in Europe and the global maritime market) has secured large orders from several European shipyards for the fleet expansion of the navies of Morocco, Australia and Turkey. The growing number of peacekeeping missions has prompted these navies to invest in the expansion of their fleets. The orders were secured by Imtech Marine & Offshore, part of Imtech Marine Group, and represent a value of some 30 million euro.
