Thomas J. Findley, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director - Mr. Findley has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry. He Previously served at Peru Copper In. where he was Chief Financial Officer from February, 2004 to July, 2006.

Mr. Thompson was the original founder of Lara's Brazilian business and has been involved in mineral exploration in Brazil and South America for twenty years as a project generator, consultant and manager for both large and small companies. Mr. Thompson worked as a contractor to Lac Minerals and then Barrick between 1993 and 1996 and then worked with MRDI (now AMEC) on the privatization of CVRD in 1996.

As one of the co-founders of Centaurus Resources and having lived in Brazil, Mr Papendieck is experienced in business in Brazil. In addition to his industry experience, Mr Papendieck has over ten years of senior executive experience including CEO, COO and executive director roles for subsidiaries of major Australian and British financial institutions.

Unity Energy Corp (UTY) is engaged in uranium exploration in the most productive region of the world: the Athabasca Basin. The Company has assembled a team of dedicated indusry professionals and local first nations peoples to utilize leading edge technologies in refining exploration targets at five projects.

Glen Van Kerkvoort graduated with 1st class Honours from the CODES Special Research Centre at the University of Tasmania in 1995. He has been exploring in South America for over 15 years and during that time has worked extensively on various world class deposits. He discovered the Don Sixto epithermal vein deposit in 1996 during a regional exploration program which covered an area of 60,000 square kilometers in Argentina's Mendoza province.

John Gingerich, P. Geo is a professional geophysicist (APGO) with over 30 years experience in exploration and mining industry technology. As a past Director of Research, Technical Innovation and Exploration within the Noranda group, John was part of the senior management team and involved in the evaluation, acquisition, and development of mineral opportunities with Canada and around the world.

Mr. Guarnera is the President and Chairman of Behre Dolbear & Company Inc. He is a Certified Mineral Appraiser with extensive experience in valuation of mineral properties and mining companies. He is a registered Professional Engineer, a Registered Professional Geologist and a Chartered Professional (Geology) of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Mr. Kearney has 37 years experience in the mining industry. He is currently the Chairman of Canadian Zinc Corporation, Xtierra Inc., Conquest Resources Limited, Minco plc and Anglesey Mining plc. In addition, Mr. Kearney is currently a director of Avnel Gold Mining Limited, Blackwater Capital Corp. and Sulliden Exploration Inc. He also currently serves as a director of the Mining Association of Canada.

Mr. Jarvis has more than 25 years experience in exploration and development of mineral resources, both in oil and gas and metals. After a career in financing exploration projects as a stockbroker, Mr. Jarvis moved to the corporate side of the business in 1996. He joined the Board of Ultra Petroleum, which at the time was a small oil and gas exploration and development company with a large, unconventional gas deposit.
