Prosafe SE (OSL:PRS) Prosafe has been awarded a Letter of Intent by Interpetroleum Services Limited for an extension of the bareboat contract of the semi-submersible accommodation rig Jasminia in the Cantarell field for Pemex in Mexico.

Prosafe SE (OSL:PRS) The financial results for the third quarter were good, with an operating profit of USD 61.2 million and a net profit of USD 59.4 million. A strong market outlook, combined with a robust financial position, provides a good basis for further profitable growth.

Prosafe SE (OSL:PRS) Prosafe has agreed a contract extension of three months to the existing contract of Safe Caledonia with Total E & P UK Limited and Elf Exploration UK Limited starting mid-June 2010.

Prosafe SE (OSL:PRS) Prosafe has been awarded a contract by Mærsk Olie og Gas AS for the provision of the Safe Esbjerg accommodation jack-up in the Danish sector of the North Sea. The firm duration of the contract commencing June 2009 is two years with a one-year option.

Prosafe SE (OSL:PRS) Prosafe has been awarded a Letter of Intent for the extension of operations of the Safe Scandinavia at StatoilHydro's Sleipner facility in the Norwegian continental shelf. The duration of the extension is 26 days and has a value of approximately USD 9.1 million.

Prosafe SE (OSL:PRS) Rig utilisation in the third quarter of 2008 was 93 per cent, compared to 87 per cent and 99 per cent for the first and the second quarter of 2008, respectively.

Prosafe SE (OSL:PRS) Robin Laird, President of Offshore Support Services, has today bought 10,000 shares in Prosafe SE at a price of NOK 24.85.

Prosafe SE (OSL:PRS) Ronny Johan Langeland, board member of Prosafe SE, has today through his wholly owned company, Nøvtun AS, bought 5,000 shares in Prosafe SE at a price of NOK 26.802.
