Badger Explorer (OSL:BXPL) Two members of the board of directors of Badger Explorer ASA has purchased BXPL-shares. Mrs Kristine Holm has via Invest OK AS purchased 5.000 BXPL-shares at a price of NOK 13,50 per share. Mrs Holms holding of BXPL-shares after the purchase is 5.000 shares. Mr Christian Bull Eriksson has via Chevni AS purchased 6.000 BXPL-shares at a price of NOK 13,50 per share. His holding of BXPL-shares after the purchase is 6.000 shares. The purchases took place October 31st, 2008.

Badger Explorer (OSL:BXPL) The first self-burying operation of the Badger Explorer Demo50 version is currently being tested in Denmark. The company has not experienced any technological set backs with regards to the concept. The test project is however progressing slower than anticipated due to operational challenges like weather and test site conditions. The main functions have been verified and computer controlled drilling has been performed. Subsurface compaction has not yet been tested, but will be undertaken shortly. Going forward, focus will be on improvements of the drilling tool through extensive testing.

Jig-assisted tests have been performed onshore in an area with relevant geology, showing encouraging results and which verify that the test site and the prototype unit are well-suited for the semi-autonomous self burying tests.

Badger Explorer Mr. Erling A. Woods, CTO of Badger Explorer ASA, has today purchased 1.000 shares in Badger Explorer ASA at a price of NOK 22,00 per share. Mr Woods holding after the purchase is 1.000 bxpl-shares

Badger Explorer Badger Explorer ASA (BXPL) has according to plan successfully completed the first part of its Demo50 full scale prototype test at the test site in Denmark. The tests, which have been performed onshore in an area with relevant geology, show encouraging results and prove that the area and the prototype unit are well-suited for the rest of the Demo50 tests to be performed during the second half of this year.

Badger Explorer Badger Explorer ASA subsidiary Badger Plasma Technology AS has concluded its Demo2000 test project for the use of the Plasma Channel Drilling (PCD) technology. In addition other applications have been identified which will be investigated further due to promising results.
