BWG Homes ASA (OSL:BWG) Operating revenues for the 3rd quarter 2008 amounted to NOK 655 million, down 6.5 per cent compared to the 3rd quarter 2007. EBIT for the quarter was NOK 71 million, down 2.7 per cent. The EBITDA margin was 12.3 per cent and the EBIT margin was 10.8 per cent.

BWG Homes ASA (OSL:BWG) BWG Homes ASA secured a total net order intake of NOK 97.2 million during October, compared with NOK 210.0 million for October 2007, a decrease of 53.7 per cent. The net order intake in October for segment Norway was NOK 63.5 million (NOK 78.4 million), down 19.0 per cent. The net order intake in October for segment Sweden was NOK 33.7 million (NOK 131.6 million), down 74.4 per cent.

BWG Homes ASA (OSL:BWG) (Oslo 1 October 2008) Block Watne owned by BWG Homes ASA, offers an interest rate guarantee to those who purchase and take over a home by 31 December 2008. The interest rate guarantee is an interest rate ceiling agreement based on 1 month NIBOR nominal interest at 6.5 per cent. If the 1 month NIBOR rate exceeds 6.5 per cent, Block Watne pays the difference.

The net order intake in September for segment Norway was NOK 110.9 million (145.5 million), down 23.8 per cent. The net order intake in September for segment Sweden was NOK 115.1 million (NOK 160.1 million), down 28.1 per cent.

The net order intake in August for segment Sweden was NOK 123.5 million (NOK 142.2 million), down 13.1 per cent.
