The agreement was signed in September 2008 and covers the processing of tens of thousands of invoices annually. The solution from ReadSoft will be implemented at the company's offices in the U.S. as well as in several European countries.

Readsoft AB (STO:RSOFB) One of the world's largest forest products companies has decided to use ReadSoft's accounts payable automation solutions for SAP to process 620,000 invoices annually. The agreement is worth $750,000 USD and the project is expected to go live in Q1 2009.

Readsoft AB (STO:RSOFB) ReadSoft continues to win major SAP-related accounts payable automation projects in the U.S. This time, a major energy services and delivery company serving about 3 million customers in the U.S., has decided to invest $400,000 USD in ReadSoft's solutions. The roll-out of the solution is planned to start during the fourth quarter of 2008.

Readsoft AB (STO:RSOFB) ReadSoft has won a major deal within local government in the U.K. The agreement covers the processing of 350,000 invoices annually. The ReadSoft solution will automatically process invoices within the customer's SAP system. The value of the agreement is 320,000 EUR and the major part of this is licenses. The implementation starts immediately and the solution is expected to go live during Q1 2009.

Readsoft AB (STO:RSOFB) ReadSoft North America has signed an integration partner agreement and subcontractor agreement for Dinero to assist and lead ReadSoft Oracle AP automation projects in the US and Canada. At the signing of the agreement between ReadSoft and Dinero, Dinero signs first customer project for revenues estimated at $150,000 USD to be implemented in the fall of 2008.

Readsoft AB (STO:RSOFB) License sales increase by 17 percent and continued strong growth in the U.S.

Readsoft AB ReadSoft has been trusted to deliver software to compile information about 1.65 million households in Ecuador. The project is run by the National Statistic and Censuses Institute of Ecuador (INEC), together with ReadSoft's local partner Ecuasistemas. This is the first time computers are used to scan and interpret information about the country's population. The project is aimed to poll 13.8 million Ecuadorians in order to evaluate the needs for future government programs.

Readsoft AB AGC Europe has chosen ReadSoft's electronic invoice processing solution. The European Group will initially automate the handling of 120,000 invoices annually. ReadSoft's solution will be linked to AGC's SAP enterprise system.
