Linc Energy Limited (ASX:LNC) (OTCQX:LNCGY) is pleased to announce it has exercised its option to acquire 10 per cent of AFC Energy (AIM:AFC), a UK-based and London Stock Exchange AIM market listed hydrogen fuel cell company focused on the development and construction of low cost hydrogen fuel cells for the cleanest power generation.

Linc Energy Limited (ASX:LNC) (PINK:LNCGY), the world leader in Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) technology, and AFC Energy (LON:AFC), the world's leading developer of low-cost alkaline fuel cells, have successfully trialled hydrogen fuel cell technology to produce electricity at Linc Energy's Chinchilla Demonstration Facility in Queensland.

Linc Energy Limited (ASX:LNC)(PINK:LNCGY) is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive agreement with the UK-based Fuel Cell Technology company AFC Energy Plc (AIM:AFC)(PINK:AFGYF) (listed on the London Aim Market) and its related company, B9 Coal.
