TradeDoubler AB (STO:TRAD) TradeDoubler and Dell have signed an agreement to extend their strategic cooperation that today includes 13 European countries by an additional three years. The deal means that TradeDoubler will continue to support Dell's affiliate marketing, digital campaigns and tracking of pay-per-call solutions, covering both consumer and B2B marketing.

TradeDoubler AB (STO:TRAD) As communicated before, the 2008 TradeDoubler Annual General Meeting, approved the proposal to authorize the company's Board of Directors to decide on the purchase of the company's own shares for the purpose of hedging its commitments in connection with the 2008 incentive program for employees.

TradeDoubler AB (STO:TRAD) TradeDoubler has today announced the appointment of Björn Lindberg as Chief Operating Officer. Lindberg, who has been with TradeDoubler since mid 2000 and is a member of the company's Group Management Board, will take on overall responsibility for TradeDoubler's sales and marketing operations across all its 18 European markets plus Japan. He moves into the role from the position of Vice President, International Client Services which he has held for the past three years.

TradeDoubler AB The Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2008 adopted principles for appointing a new Nomination Committee. The Committee shall be composed of representatives from the three largest shareholders (by number of votes) wishing to appoint a representative as well as the chairman of the Board of Directors. The basis for appointment is the shareholder statistics available on June 30, 2008 including other shareholder information available to the company at this time. A new Nomination Committee has been appointed and consists of Ramsay Brufer (chairman), representing Alecta, Annika Andersson, representing the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund, Anders Ljungqvist, representing AMF, and Kjell Duveblad, chairman of the Board of Directors.

TradeDoubler AB The 2008 Annual General Meeting of TradeDoubler approved the proposal to authorize the company's board of directors to decide on the purchase of the company's own shares for the purpose of hedging its commitments in connection with the 2008 performance-based share program for employees. The board of directors has decided to utilize the authorization for this purpose. Up to 65.000 shares will be acquired on the Stockholm Stock Exchange before 23 September 2008 at a price per share within the price interval recorded from time to time at Stock Exchange Stockholm, and this shall refer to the interval between the highest buying price and the lowest selling price. TradeDoubler currently holds 65 000 own shares.
