Navamedic ASA (OSL:NAVA) (Lysaker, Norway, 7 August, 2008) Navamedic ASA invites to a presentation of the company's Q2 2008 results on 13 August 2008. The presentation will take place at Felix Conference Centre at Aker Brygge, Bryggetorget 3, 0114 Oslo, and will start at 08:00.

Navamedic ASA (Lysaker, Norway, 29 July 2008) Navamedic has agreed with its UK partner William Ransom & Son that the marketing and distribution agreement for Glucomed (local brand name Alateris) will be terminated with effect from 1 November 2008. The decision results from the sales performance in the UK to date, and Ransom's incapability to fulfil its obligations towards Navamedic due to financial constraints.

Navamedic ASA (Lysaker, Norway, 26 June 2008) Navamedic's subsidiary Vitaflo Scandinavia has signed a prolonged marketing and distribution agreement with Bioplax for the product Aftamed. Vitaflo has marketed and sold Aftamed since December 2006, and has now the right to the product in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland until 2013. Aftamed was in 2007 among the 3 largest products in Vitaflo's portfolio. With this new agreement, all the most important marketing and distribution agreements have a remaining duration of minimum 5 years.

Navamedic ASA (Lysaker, Norway, 12 June 2008) Primary insider and Chairman of the Board, Johan Reinsli, has today acquired 32,400 shares in Navamedic ASA at an average price of 10.104 per share through his private company Harding Invest AS. Harding Invest AS (Johan Reinsli) has a new holding in Navamedic ASA after this transaction of 222,200 shares.

Navamedic ASA (Lysaker, Norway, 12 June 2008) Navamedic has been informed that the reimbursement process in France is delayed. As a consequence, it is uncertain whether Glucomed will be launched in France during 2008.
