Pöyry Oyj The closing conditions related to the acquisition of Consilier Construct S.R.L. have been fulfilled. The acquisition has been completed and becomes effective immediately. Pöyry will consolidate the result and balance sheet of Consilier Construct as of 1 June 2008.

Pöyry Oyj Pöyry has signed a long-term service agreement with Yara Suomi Oy, Finland for the supply of engineering and project services for its units in Uusikaupunki and Harjavalta. This assignment strengthens Pöyry's position as an international provider of engineering and project services to the chemical process industry. The contract value is not disclosed.
