There have been no reportable incidents.

MEO Australia Limited (ASX:MEO) (OTCQX:MEOAY) advises that at 0600 Darwin time on Tuesday 2nd October, Eni Australia Ltd (Eni) as operator of the NT/P68 exploration permit had drilled the 311mm (12 1/4") hole from 3,740m to 3,828mMDRT (metres Measured Depth below Rotary Table), run logs, installed and cemented 244mm (9 5/8") casing to 3,818mMDRT. There have been no reportable incidents.

MEO Australia Limited (ASX:MEO) (OTCQX:MEOAY) advises that the Hercules #208 rig arrived at the Gurame SE-1X location on Friday 21st September. The well was spudded at 0600 local time on 23rd September after the 30" conductor was driven to 57m below mud line. A precautionary 8 1/2" pilot hole was drilled to a depth of 202mMDRT (measured depth below rotary table) and at 0600 this morning had been opened to 26" to a depth of 144mMDRT. Hole opening to 26" will continue to 202mMDRT where 20" surface casing will be run and cemented.

MEO Australia Limited (ASX:MEO) (OTCQX:MEOAY) advises that its subsidiary company Seruway Offshore Exploration Limited (SOEL) received handover of the Hercules #208 jack-up drilling rig at 12:00 noon Jakarta time on 18th September. The rig is under tow to the Gurame SE-1X location and the well is expected to spud on or around the 22nd September. Gurame SE-1X is scheduled to take 35 days to complete on an untested basis.
