SAPEX Limited (ASX:SXP) advises that Terrex Seismic completed recording of regional seismic data on 9 August 2008 as part of the extensive program commenced in May 2008.

SAPEX Limited (ASX:SXP) advises that it has today commenced the court processes required by section 411 of the Corporations Act for the convening of the shareholders and optionholders meetings to approve the merger with Linc Energy Limited as previously announced on 12 June 2008.
