Mosaic Oil (ASX: MOS)(PNK:MSAOF) delivers Investor Presentation on 2008 Drill Campaign in Surat-Bowen Basin

Mosaic Oil NL (ASX: MOS)(PNK: MSAOF) advises that the Fairymount-9 oil development well has reached the total depth of 2087 m KB on 19 March 2008. The primary reservoir target, the Showgrounds Sandstone, was intersected on depth as predicted with oil and gas shows similar to offset wells.

Mosaic Oil NL (ASX: MOS) advises that the Fairymount-9 (PL 46, Surat-Bowen Basin, QLD) oil development well spudded at 0130 hrs (EST) on 11 March 2008. As at 0600 hrs (EST) on 11 March 2008, the well is at 60 m KB and is drilling ahead in 12-1/4" surface hole.

Mosaic Oil NL (ASX: MOS)("Mosaic Oil") is pleased to announce that the Company has signed an agreement with CS Energy Limited (CS Energy) regarding funding for the drilling of two Waggamba horizontal wells (Waggamba-4H & -5H) within the Waggamba Field of the Petroleum Lease (PL) 202 in Queensland.

Mosaic Oil NL (ASX: MOS)("Mosaic Oil") mobilised the Century Resources Rig 7 to the first well site, Fairymount-9 oil development well, on Monday 3rd March 2008, with drilling operations expected to commence on around the 10th March.
