Image Resources NL (ASX:IMA) (OTCMKTS:IMREF) is pleased to announce a 39% increase in the total tonnes of ore reserves for its 100%-owned Boonanarring Minerals Sand Project located 120 km north of Perth in the North Perth Basin.

Image Resources NL (ASX:IMA) (PINK:IMREF) (Image), in its capacity as trustee of the Image Shareholders Trust (IST), holds 12,500,000 shares issued to it by force of the incorporation of Potash West NL (ACN 147 346 334) (Potash). The terms of the IST provide that those shares (Distributable Shares) are to be distributed by Image on a pro rata basis to the persons registered as holders of ordinary fully paid shares in Image as at a record date to be set by the board of Image

Image Resources NL (ASX:IMA) (PINK:IMREF) has recently increased its landholding to 150km2 at the Cooljarloo heavy mineral project by addition of a 62km2 tenement E70/997 (Munbinia Project). This 100%-owned tenement is situated directly south of the very prospective Atlas deposit which includes a Measured and Indicated Resource of 12.1M tonnes at 7.4% HM containing 895,000 tonnes of HM. The core of the Atlas deposit (+5% HM) extends for approximately 5km.

Image Resources NL (ASX:IMA) (PINK:IMREF) is pleased to announce that it has upgraded the majority of the JORC compliant resources at its Atlas deposit to a Measured classification. The Measured Resource is now 11.1Mt at 7.78% heavy minerals (HM) plus an Indicated Resource of 1.1Mt at 3.2%HM mainly confined to the northern end of the deposit.

Image Resources NL (ASX:IMA) (PINK:IMREF) and Diatreme Resources Limited (ASX:DRX) are pleased to announce that a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed in respect of the "Cyclone Extended" and "Cyclone" heavy mineral deposits in Western Australia.

Emerging gold producer Integra Mining Limited ("Integra") (ASX:IGR) is pleased to report the Company has entered into Farm-in and Joint Venture Agreements with Image Resources NL ("Image") (ASX:IMA) on two tenements along strike of Integra's Aldiss Gold Project located some 130 kilometres east of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia.

As part of its ongoing heavy mineral exploration in the Eucla Basin, Image Resources NL (ASX:IMA) (PINK:IMREF) has applied for three tenements covering 775km2 approximately 80km west of its Serpentine Lakes tenements and adjacent to its Wanna South and Forrest Lakes tenements. This acquisition brings Image's tenement holdings in this part of the Eucla Basin to 1,623km2.

Image Resources NL (ASX:IMA) (PINK:IMREF) has completed its maiden resource estimate for the Cyclone Extended heavy mineral (HM) project in the Eucla Basin, which abuts the Cyclone deposit held by Diatreme Resources (ASX:DRX). Following a data swap with Diatreme, Image has completed a global estimate for both Cyclone and Cyclone Extended in order to properly set its Cyclone Extended resource in context with the whole mineral deposit.

Magnetic Resources NL (ASX:MAU) is pleased to advise that Singapore-based private investor, Mr Hian-Siang Chan, has acquired a 5.63% interest in the Company following a private placement of 2,800,000 fully paid ordinary shares at 45 cents per share together with an off-market purchase of 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares from Image Resources NL at the same price.
