Image Resource NL (ASX:IMA)(PINK:IMREF) Results from the remaining 80% of the samples taken from first-pass aircore drilling at Image Resources' 100%-owned Serpentine Lakes during the September 2008 quarter have now been received. The 466sq km Serpentine Lakes project is situated along strike from the zircon-rich 1.8Mt Cyclone prospect. The Image drilling was aimed at strike extensions of the Cyclone mineralisation and testing of other targets on the Barton paleo-shoreline.

Image Resource NL (ASX:IMA)(PINK:IMREF) is pleased to report that following separate Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) being reached with two local mineral sands producers, Image has agreed to release composite samples from, and resource models of, its North Perth Basin project to enable the producers to further assess these resources.

Image Resource NL (ASX:IMA)(PINK:IMREF) is pleased to announce a new joint venture on an 85sq km tenement (E70/3041) with unlisted Kingsreef Pty Ltd, increasing its tenement holdings in the North Perth Basin to approximately 2,410sq km. The joint venture tenement is strategically located on the productive Gingin Scarp between Iluka's operating Gingin mine and the Regans Ford heavy mineral (HM) deposit.
