Drillsearch Energy Limited (ASX:DLS) (PINK:DRLLF) is pleased to announce that at a meeting of the shareholders of Circumpacific Energy Corporation (CVE:CER) held in Vancouver today, the shareholders of CER, the listed Canadian oil & gas subsidiary of DLS, voted 98.6% in favour of a Plan of Arrangement pursuant to which Western Petroleum Commodities Inc., a private Canadian oil & gas company, will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of CER.
