Drillsearch Energy Limited (ASX:DLS) (PINK:DRLLF) as part of the PEL 106B Joint Venture is pleased to announce that the Extended Production Testing (EPT) of the Canunda-1 Condensate/Wet Gas Discovery has concluded producing better than expected results. Over the duration of the EPT, the reconfigured Canunda-1 well has produced over 12,000 bbls of condensate and 63 mmscf (gross) of raw gas.

Beach Energy Limited (ASX:BPT) (PINK:BEPTF) has been informed by Santos Limited (ASX:STO) (PINK:SSLTY) that the pipeline between the Tantanna facility and the Gidgealpa facility has been interrupted due to integrity concerns and is currently being assessed.

Beach Petroleum (Egypt) Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Beach Energy Limited (ASX:BPT) (PINK:BEPTF) has been assigned a 22 percent equity interest in the Abu Sennan concession after the Deed of Assignment pertaining to the concession was signed by the Minister of Petroleum in Egypt.

Beach Energy Limited (ASX:BPT) (PINK:BEPTF) had its third success from as many wells in its 16 well operated program in the Western Flank of the Cooper Basin with the Butlers-2 well encountering a five metre oil column. The Butlers-2 well is located 950 metres NE of the Butlers-1 discovery well.

Drillsearch Energy Limited (ASX:DLS) (PINK:DRLLF) is pleased to announce the commencement of a five well drilling campaign in the third week of April with the spudding of Hanson-1, located in PEL 91 in the Cooper Basin Western Flank Oil Fairway in South Australia. The Ensign #18 drilling rig is now on location at the Hanson-1 drilling site and is currently rigging up and completing pre-drilling safety inspections and some minor repairs.

Beach Energy Limited (ASX:BPT) (PINK:BEPTF) announces it has acquired all of the outstanding shares in Impress Energy Limited (ASX:ITC) through compulsory acquisition. Beach acquired a relevant interest in Impress of approximately 96% during the takeover offer period, and as a result was able to move to compulsorily acquire the outstanding shares in Impress it did not own.

Beach Energy Limited (ASX:BPT) (PINK:BEPTF) has completed drilling the Holdfast-1 well and is encouraged by the target zone intersection which is 353 metres. Commencing mid May, both Encounter-1 and Holdfast-1 will be fracture stimulated and flow tested.

Drillsearch Energy Ltd (ASX:DLS) (PINK:DRLLF) as part of the PEL 106B Joint Venture (Drillsearch (50%) and Beach Energy Limited (ASX:BPT) (PINK:BEPTF) 50% and Operator) is pleased to announce that the Extended Production Testing (EPT) of the Canunda-1 worked over and reconfigured Condensate Discovery recommenced over the weekend and has already delivered promising production results. The well is producing 3 MMscfd gas with a gas oil ratio of 180 Bbls/MMscfd on a 22/64" choke.
