Toro Energy Limited (ASX:TOE) is pleased to provide the following Exploration Target Range for its 100%-owned Theseus Uranium Project in Western Australia: 20Mt to 40Mt @ approx 400 to 500parts per million (ppm) U3O8, for 10,000t to 20,000t U3O8 or 22Mlb to 44Mlb U3O8.

Toro Energy Limited (ASX:TOE) at its 100%-owned Theseus uranium project in Western Australia was completed on Friday 14 October 2011. For the last phase of the program, Toro concentrated on testing the extent of higher-grade zones within the eight kilometres of palaeochannel previously defined. Drilling at 100m spacing has intersected higher grade zones of mineralisation in three locations.

Toro Energy Limited (ASX:TOE) is very pleased to announce that drilling at the Theseus Project in WA, near the NT border, has continued to record strong uranium discovery results. In particular drill hole LM0052 recorded a peak result of nearly 9,000ppm (0.9% eU3O8) within an interval of 3.44m @ 1,137ppm eU3O8.

Toro Energy Limited (ASX:TOE) announces that a full update to its Wiluna regional resource base in WA has resulted in a total resource of 50.1Mlbs contained U3O8 (52.25Mt @ 434ppm for 22,641t contained uranium at 200ppm U3O8 cut-off). This represents a 32% increase.

Toro Energy Limited (ASX:TOE) are pleased to announce the execution of comprehensive legal documentation with a group of vendors led by Impact Minerals Ltd (ASX:IPT) and including CITIC Nickel Pty Ltd, Talbot Group Investments Pty Ltd, Spar Resources Pty Ltd, John Rowntree and Teddy Tech Pty Ltd, for the purchase of two exploration tenements, E51/1072 and E51/1075, ("Nowthanna") 50km south of Meekatharra and about 150km west of Toro's Wiluna Uranium Project in Western Australia.
