Eitzen Maritime Services ASA Eitzen Maritime Services ASA (OSE: EMS) today reported its second quarter 2008 results. The Company's revenue almost tripled in the second quarter, compared to the same period last year. The EBITDA grew even more. The acquisitions of ship supply companies Provimar of Spain and Dubai based Seven Seas Shipchandlers contributed strongly to the progress.

Eitzen Maritime Services ASA Annette Malm Justad, CEO of Eitzen Maritime Services ASA, has on 30 June 2008 purchased from Alama AS, a company controlled by Annette Malm Justad, 30,000 shares in EMS at a price of NOK 2.99. Total holding after the transaction for Annette Malm Justad is 122,400 shares. Total holding for Alama AS is 571,000 shares. The total holding of shares controlled by Annette Malm Justad is unchanged.
