Result Of EMS Rights Offering

Eitzen Maritime Services ASA Reference is made to earlier press releases regarding the acquisition of Seven Seas Group dated 9 June 2008, and the Prospectus dated 3 July 2008.

The subscription period and trading of the rights ended on Monday 21 July 2008 at 16.30 P.M. The offering consisted of up to 4.300.000 new shares with a subscription price at NOK 3,00 per share and a nominal value at NOK 0,25 per share. 181.146 shares were subscribed during the subscription period.
