Final Payment from PlayUp Completed
Sydney, Jan 29, 2019 AEST (ABN Newswire) - The Board of The BetMakers Holdings Limited (
ASX:TBH) (TPBTF:OTCMKTS) (the "Company") is pleased to confirm that it has received the final payment of $1 Million from PlayUp Australia Pty Limited for the purchase of TopBetta Pty Ltd and associated brands, including TopBetta and Mad Bookie.
The Company has now received in full $6 Million for the sale of the assets.
