London Mining Plc (OSL:LOND) On 21 January 2009, London Mining received a notification from Fenlight Trustees Limited ("Fenlight"), the independent trustee of the London Mining Long Term Incentive Trust, that Fenlight, on 15 January 2009 purchased 2 million shares in London Mining, resulting in a crossing of the threshold of 3 percent in accordance with Chapter 5 of the UK FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. After the transaction, Fenlight directly held and had voting rights over 3,288,600 ordinary shares in London Mining, representing 3.00236 percent of the voting rights.
In addition, Fenlight purchased 400,000 ordinary shares in London Mining Plc on 20 January. Following this purchase Fenlight now directly holds and has voting rights over 3,688,600 ordinary shares representing 3.3675% of the voting rights.
