Elisa has strengthened its operations in the Russian market segment. Finnish, globally operating corporate customers and Russian companies can now adopt Elisa service solutions that will improve customer service and boost operating methods and increase productivity.

In Russia, Elisa provides Managed LAN and WAN solutions and data security services. The range also includes Elisa Meeting Center and Elisa Live Meeting virtual meeting solutions, and First Orange Contact and MS Dynamics account management solutions. Contact Center services are also available.

Elisa has operated in Russia since 1999 with Finnish customers who are internationalising. Elisa will continue to operate in Russia through its local partners. St. Petersburg is its primary area of operations.
