NEAS ASA (OSL:NEAS) Lysaker, December 3. 2008: The facility management company NEAS has appointed Eva Aubert as new division director responsible for the business area Operations. Aubert's last position was CEO in Eurest Personalrestauranter where she has achieved strong financial results and solid performance. She will start January 1. 2009.

During the seven year period she was CEO in Eurest Personalrestauranter total revenues increased threefold to NOK 600 million and total numbers of employee increased to 1 000 people from originally 300. Eurest Personalrestauranter is a subsidiary of Compass Group which is the world-leading provider of contract foodservice and support services

- Through this appointment NEAS will significantly strengthen the management team in the company. Aubert has a proven track record of creating profitable growth and have executed consistency. We have great comfort that Operations under Aubert's supervision will get the necessary competence and professionalism needed to pursue the company's strategy further, says NEAS CEO Tor Rønhovde.

Eva Aubert (48) has an education in business administration and has in addition completed several in debt management studies carried out by Compass Group.

- It will be a great challenge for me to participate in developing NEAS further. NEAS is well positioned in the Norwegian market for Facility Management and Facility Services and it will be exiting to develop further the concept in collaboration with competent colleagues, says Eva Aubert.
