Handelsbanken (STO:SHBA) Handelsbanken today acquired a further 87,117 shares in Lokalbanken i Nordsjælland a/s. Handelsbanken's total shareholding is subsequently 272,700 shares, which comprises 10.1 percent of the share capital.

These shares were acquired as a result of the bid for Lokalbanken i Nordsjælland a/s which Handelsbanken presented in a press release earlier today.
