Tele Atlas n.v. 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, 10 June 2008 - Tele Atlas (FSE: TA6, EUNV: TA), a leading global provider of digital maps and dynamic content for navigation and location-based solutions, announces that following the settlement of the TomTom's offer for all outstanding shares in Tele Atlas for a price per share of € 30 today, the appointment of Harold Goddijn, Marina Wyatt and Alexander Ribbink - CEO, CFO and COO of TomTom respectively - as members of the Supervisory Board of Tele Atlas, as approved at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 7 December 2007, has now become effective. They have replaced as of today George Schmitt, Borden B. Hollingsworth Jr. and Stephan Rojahn. Wim Dik and Charles Cotton will remain on the Supervisory Board of Tele Atlas.
