The shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR 2.80 for a total amount of EUR 1,465,862.
The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 933,700 ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 2,608,887. To date approximately 20% of the repurchase programme has been completed.
Furthermore, Van der Moolen Holding N.V. announces an adjusted date for the Annual Meeting 2008. This will be held now on Thursday May 22nd, 2008.
