New CEO Corio Nederland Retail

Utrecht, Netherlands, Feb 4, 2008 - (ABN Newswire) - Mr. John van Haaren is the successor of Mr. Gerard Groener as CEO of Corio Nederland Retail as of 1 May 2008. Corio announced on 3 December 2007 that Mr. Groener is the successor of the current CEO of Corio N.V., Mr. Jan de Kreij, as of 1 May 2008. The Corio Development Company (hereafter 'CDC') has formally started in January 2008. Mr. Van Haaren and Mr. Paul Tankink will be appointed as directors of CDC. Mr. Van Haaren will be responsible for all Corio activities in the Netherlands related to the current and future retail portfolio.
