B&B TOOLS Acquires Industrial Reseller In Western Finland

STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb 4, 2008 - (ABN Newswire) - B&B TOOLS has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Seinäjoen Kone ja Ruuvi Oy ("SKR"). SKR is one of the leading suppliers of tools, fastening elements, personal protection equipment and other industrial consumables to the industrial and construction sectors in Seinäjoki and its surrounding areas. SKR has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 20 and six employees.

Closing occurred 1 February 2008 concurrent with the signing of a share transfer agreement. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on B&B TOOLS' earnings per share during the current financial year.
