Reference is made to the notification to the Oslo Stock Exchange yesterday, in which it was informed that Morten Angelil has been charged for insider trading. The Board of Eltek ASA has agreed with Morten Angelil that he temporarily will step down as CEO and that the former CFO of the Group, Jørgen Larsen, temporarily will assume the role as CEO in Eltek ASA.
