STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan 23, 2008 - (ABN Newswire) - B&B TOOLS has concluded an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in TOOLS Kristiansand AS. TOOLS Kristiansand is one of the leading suppliers of tools, personal protection equipment, fastening elements and other industrial consumables to the offshore and engineering industry in southern Norway. TOOLS Kristiansand has annual revenue of approximately MSEK 65 and 13 employees.

Closing is expected to occur in February 2008 after approval is obtained from the appropriate authorities. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on B&B TOOLS' earnings per share during the current financial year.
