BasWare To Provide Data Conversion Service To Portfolio Management Company James Hay

BasWare has entered into an agreement with James Hay, which is owned by of one of the world's largest banks, Grupo Santander. The service will capture clients' case files currently held in paper form such that they can be accessed electronically. The contract value for this element of the work is estimated at EUR 585 000. Preparation for the service is already underway with the production imaging starting in March 2008. Another planned phase for Q1 2008 will be to provide James Hay with an ongoing scanning solution to be used in-house.
