NEAS SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH Q-Park AS (previously Carpark AS)

Lysaker, Norway, Dec 20, 2007 - (Hugin via ABN Newswire) - (Lysaker, 19 December 2007): The Facility Management company NEAS has signed an agreement with Q-Park AS (Quality in Parking). The agreement is valid for three years and has a total value of at least NOK 14 million.

The agreement involves cleaning and maintenance of the parking facilities and the contract value the first year is NOK 4.5 million. Neas expects that the yearly contract value will increase in the range 20-30 percent the following years due to Q-Park's expansive strategy.

Q-Park`s mission is to enhance quality of life by providing safe and clean parking facilities at strategic locations that we build on the pillars of speed, convenience, reliability and hospitality

- The agreement will start the first of January and it would have been impossible for NEAS to enter into the agreement if the organization was not set up for growth. In addition, our countrywide organization has again been a clear advantage. This agreement concludes a quarter where we have been successful in the tenders we have participated in and it si a good illustration of the competitiveness of NEAS, says CEO Tor Rønhovde in NEAS.

The agreement will be executed in NEAS wholly-owned company Nexus Drift AS, which is organized under the business unit "Operations" in the NEAS Group. There will be no need to expand the organization due to this contract.
