Bisnode Acquires Lundalogik

Stockholm, Sweden, Dec 18, 2007 - (Hugin via ABN Newswire) - Bisnode is acquiring Lundalogik, one of Sweden's top suppliers of Customer Relationship Management and customer care systems. Through the acquisition, Bisnode will expand its range of qualified CRM systems to help customers increase their sales and reduce business risks. Lundalogik is expected to have a positive effect on the Group's operating profit in 2008.

Lundalogik has an annual turnover of SEK 55-60 million and 50 employees in Lund, Gothenburg and Stockholm. In recent years, Lundalogik has grown rapidly and with good profitability. The customer base includes both small and medium-sized companies, as well as a number of large international corporations such as NCC, Fritidsresor, EMA Telstar, Saab Systems, Gambro, Thalamus and Duni. Lundalogik will be consolidated in December, 2007.

Lundalogik was founded in 1990 and is today one of the leading suppliers of CRM software in Sweden. By combining experience and knowledge of customer care with business information and applications that are simple to install, integrate and work with, Lundalogik provides a unique opportunity for customers to boost sales through increased knowledge about their customer base.
