Kongsberg Automotive's Acquisition Of GMS

Kongsberg, Norway, Dec 4, 2007 - (Hugin via ABN Newswire) - ONLY SWEDEN REMAINS FOR ANTITRUST CLEARANCE

The acquisition of GMS requires approval from the antitrust authorities in USA, Germany and Sweden.

The US and German authorities had no objections to the acquisition, while we still are waiting for the outcome in Sweden. We expect a reply before the end of the year and have been informed that the application covers the information required.

All other necessary formal approvals and permits will be in place before the end of this month based on the information we have at the moment.
