CECON ASA - Consolidated Interim Financial Report Q3/2007

Arendal, Norway, Nov 30, 2007 - (Hugin via ABN Newswire) - Cecon ASA is pleased to present its Consolidated Interim Financial Report for third quarter 2007. The EBIT for Q3/2007 was NOK 3,68 mill. of a revenue of NOK 34,305 mill. with a total EBIT year to date (Sept. 30th) of NOK 6,08 mill. of a revenue of NOK 99,45 mill.

Main offshore activity during the period was the temporary loading system installation for Statoil on the Kristin field. Ongoing activities have been engineering and preparations the upcoming projects in West Africa.

Cecon's three vessel Newbuilding Programme at the Davie Quebec Inc. shipyard is progressing according to schedule with major milestones achieved.
