CIE Automotive SA (MCE:CIE) is a Spain-based company that, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the biofuels industry, as well as in the supply of components and subassemblies used in the automotive industry. The Company’s activities are structured in two business units: Automotive, comprising the manufacture, distribution and sale of a variety of automobile components made of aluminum, wrought iron, metals and plastic, and Biofuels, focusing on the production and marketing of biodiesel. The Company is a parent of Grupo CIE Automotive, a group which comprises a number of controlled entities with operations established in the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Germany, France, Italy, the Czech Republic, Rumania, Lithuania, Russia, China, and Morocco.
