Converge Global, Inc. (CVRG-OTC) is an American-based junior mining company engaged in acquisition, exploration and development of properties containing principally gold as well as other precious metals. The company's primary operation is a prospect located in Asquith and Churchill Townships in Northern Ontario. The O’Connor Asquith gold property is a 50/50 Joint Venture project with Sarissa Resources Inc. (SRSR-OTC) where CVRG is commencing exploration work this April.

Sarissa Resources Inc. (PINK:SRSR) is pleased to provide initial results from its gold property in the Shining Tree district of Northern Ontario. The results are a product of Sarissa's recent work involving channel sampling and grab samples after blasting.
